Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and close new residential and commercial roofing clients.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Manage leads efficiently and develop strong client relationships.

• Work independently while collaborating with the team to meet sales goals.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven track record in outside sales (roofing or home improvement industry preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in competitive sales environments.


Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and walk on roofs.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Original installer of the roof did an improper job with the flashing on the chimney. Had water leaking in and had to replace a bunch of drywall. Called cavalier and they literally were able to see the problem from the street as they were pulling up. Repaired for a good price, and no leaks.
